Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Process

Partial Refunds

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take time to process.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there may be a processing delay.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email us at {email address} and send the item to: {physical address}.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the gift was not marked, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: {physical address}. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
